No student shall on the basis of sex, race, color, national origin, age or disability be excluded from participating in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity conducted by the District specifically including, but not limited to, access and participation in course offering, athletics, counseling, employment assistance, and extra-curricular activities. The District shall comply with its policy relating to nondiscrimination on the basis of sex, race, color, national origin, age or disability as is specifically set forth in Policies 0.03, 8.17 and Title IX.
